Groupon bad returns policy

i bought the velcro slimming belt on the 6th of january, i received the item 2 weeks later and it was of extremely LOW QUALITY. i then informed groupon and i keep getting these automated mails that were not specific to my request in anyway. and when i call them there's no answer. i want them to collect this ******* piece of material and refund my hard earned money. i am upset because i specified my query and did everything that is specified on the site. and i got an automated message saying they donot accept returns from \this"item. NOTHING on the voucher specifies that this is underwear furthermore it is still in packaging with all TAGS there. to show that i DIDNOT wear this nonsense. next time secify on the terms and conditions.
