GROUPON ARE *******

I bought my sister-in-law a Groupon gift voucher for a Spa treatment. I bought the voucher via EFT. She wanted to redeem it after her birthday. She tried calling the Spa- no answer. After several attempts she e-mailed the manager of the Spa who advised her that the Spa had to close due to \unforseen circumstances"and that all Groupon customers will get a refund (as per Groupon). I then e-mailed Groupon with proof of the EFT payment"
