GROUPON - A SCHEME TO RAISE FUNDS!!!!!!

I ordered a 20 000 mAh Ultra slim Elemental Tech Power Bank - Black = R299 on the 03/12/2015. On the 08/01/2016 I enquired about my delivery and was told that it was OUT OF STOCK and that I will receive my refund within 5-7 days. TODAY IS THE 28/01/2016 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE OR PROOF OF PAYMENT FROM GROUPON.<br> The reason why I believe that there is something fishy going on here is that on the 9/01/2016 I saw the same advert on groupon for the \out of stock"item.
