Groupon

I bought and paid for a ticket at Cool Runnings. The amount of R99 went off my bank account. I didn't receive the voucher. I have send mail and the reply was that they are busy. I phoned them. I hold on for 26min before my call was answered. The lady told me the amount has expired. But the amount was deducted from my account? She said then they will refund me. I told her I don't want a refund, I want the voucher. I needed to submit proof of payment and bank info and she will refund. The call cost be R32 and the voucher of R99. Now it is not a bargain anymore. I still haven't received the refund - 2 days later. I bought the ticket on 29 November already.
