GROUP ON - CASH REFUND

I purchased a Groupon voucher to the value of R600.00 for a photo shoot (Shutter Extreme Photography). When I called the number which was provided for Shutter, a lady answered and requested me to send her an email requesting a booking. But when I sent the email request she never responded. <br> When I tried calling her again her phone was just ringing.<br> <br> Hence I've been making calls to Groupon since the beginning of December 2015 trying to cancel this voucher. Each time I call I'm longer than 30 min on the line and all the consultants are giving me the same story. 'they will log a call and get back to me within 48 hours' <br> I'm just noting to you that not a single one of these consultant came back to me: Jayraan - *** and Tanya Johnson - <br> <br> I'm really dissappointed in GroupOn as I am waiting for longer than a month for them to reinburst me.
