Great customer service

Good day<br> <br> I would like to pass a compliment to Groupon and their staff especially to Yusuf and Astrid.<br> <br> I booked a holiday at makhasa game lodge via groupon and had to cancel because of family emergencies,when i was ready to go I called the lodge and was told that it had closed down and they unsure if it will re-open,I then called groupon on the 03/12/2015 to enquire,I spoke to Yusuf who advised me on the process to follow to get a refund and he assisted me through the process,when i had to follow up on the query i spoke to Astrid on the 04-12-15 who also assisted very efficiently,both the consultant asissted till i recieved my refund.<br> I would like to say well done to those consultants for providing such a great and efficient customer care,very polite,friend and going an extra mile to assist customers,I wish all the groupon consultant like Resca we as efficient as Yusuf and Astrid
