Goods paid for but not delivered since Q2 2015

So I get an advert from Groupon advertising a special deal combo involving a set of ***** drivers and an ipad for a reasonable price. i pay them in full but when the goods arrive, only the ***** drivers arrive. I wait for a week hoping it will arrive as a backorder perhaps. nothing. I send emails to complain, nobody bothers. So i have come to the conclusion that this company is ******** me. i wonder how many other people have been ****med this way. To make matters worse, i have bought numerous items from them previously but i have now stopped. So please becareful about this company. I am a victim, dont be one too.
