Goods paid but no delivery done.

I bought 2 cantilever umbrellas at R899.00 each in March 2015 and till date they have not been delivered. The deal claimed they would be delivered in 2 weeks. I have written a couple of emails to goupon customer service and I have not received any help. I called them and they said they would look into my query and get back to me before end of business, and I'm still waiting. I have been trying to call them again and it's just impossible to get through. They have even gone to the extreme of labelling my groupon voucher as redeemed.
