Goods order in November, no delivery received

Hi.<br> I ordered pots from Groupon on the 26th November 2016 and payment was made the same day.<br> Another set of the same pots was ordered on the next day .<br> <br> I received the pots that was ordered on the 27th November, but not the ones that was ordered on the 26th.<br> The following response was received \this payment settled late we are not able to assist with an order when payment settled late
