GOODS NOT RECEIVED, NO REFUND AS YET

My husband ordered some stuff through groupon mid October and was not delivered, so he called in and was advised that his payment was not received in time and he would be refunded his money within 3 to 5 working days, his received emails as well with this regard but yet to receive our R500 back nearly a month later. No communication from their side having us to call in and chase after our own money, poor customer service and lies. This has now become highly frustrating and something needs to be done.
