Goods not delivered and no email for shipping

I ordered the Appenhoff pots from Groupon actually before that I ordered Swiss and made a payment buy it was more by R1 so the order was cancelled so I went for the Appenhoff but after 2weeks of waiting for its delivery and after I made a follow up I was told the pots are out of stock and I couldn't understand how can they advertise something that's not in Stock ok fine I got my second refund from them then now I ordered Leopard 16 piece pot set and still no delivery as yet and no one is responding to my emails and I'm scared I'm gonna get the third refund and told that they out of stock this is actually my last time trying it out if they disappointed me I'm done with Groupon.Their service delivery is poor when it comes to delivering goods but in terms of refunds they are fast.
