GOODS NOT DELIVERED

I ordered the same item, quantity of 2 on 18 /November. I only received 1 unit. Not really assisted when calling the customer service number as I am constantly told of a phantom investigation that needs to take place. Never going to use Groupon again. even getting a refund seems to be mission impossible. I have been doing a follow up since 25 November when I expected the delivery to take place.
