I had a problem with one of my cell phones purchased from Groupon. I contacted the call center and spoke to Gurshwin. The prompt assistance and feedback from Gurshwin was highly appreciated. The cell phone was collected at our home and I have received a new one within a week. Thanks for a job well done:)
