getting conflicting info

I purchased a voucher for Malibu Mansion and spa. The vendor cancelled my booking without my knowledge. So I pitched up there. <br> <br> Now Groupon is taking a year to process my refund. I am getting conflicting info, one person says it has been processed and should reflect, and another is saying it has been escalated and will let me know.<br> <br> I need these funds as I had to fork out cash to make alternative plans.<br> <br> Nico Vermaak<br>
