Ganeeefa Leeman Deserves and Increase or Promotion

Dear group on Management<br> <br> The past few posts that i posted on Hello peter where that of disgust with the inferior products that i was sold that were defective.<br> <br> I am glad to say, that despite the overall experience with Group on being unpleasant, you guys have a gem of a person called Ganeeefa Leeman (Groupon Customer Support - EMEA), working at your offices who deserves recognition<br> <br> She handled my compliant and gave me constant feedback and ensured that my query and refund was handled with importance, and ran with the process till completion<br> I feel that she deserves an award, salary increase or a Bonus for actually giving Group on a good name in the industry. Its very rare that you find a person that believes in giving good customer service.
