Fialing to refund me my money

In October 2015 I placed an order for a 3 piece swimwear and I forwarded the proof of payment to [Email Removed] on the 7th October 2015 and the Reference number for my order was GRPZARKVOKDO. I then enquired on their customer care as to when are they gong to deliver my order and I was told that by the time I had paid for my order the offer had already expired and I requested them to refund my money and I was told that I should email the proof of payment together with my account numbers which I did email and after few weeks when I didn't receive my money I phoned them and I was told that they are failing to resolve my enquiry. All I want is my money cause they never delivered my order and they should stop coming up with any stories but refund me my money
