FAULTY VOUCHER/BAD SERVICE

I bought a voucher from Groupon for the Animal Park at Harties. The price and address indicated it was the big animal park which sits right on the dam. When we got there, the receptionist told us they don't deal with Groupon vouchers and sent us to the smaller aquarium on your right as you enter town. I paid R190.00 for my voucher and the Aquarium we were sent to charged R70.00 for two adults which comes to R140.00 which was still less than what I paid for my \discount". I have sent numerous e-mail and submit a request on their website quite some time ago to which no one has got back to me. I am very disappointed and embarrassed as I took someone with me who looked forward to going to the Animal park. Very misleading information was given and I paid for a service I did not receive.
