faulty stainless steel pots

I purchased a set of DELICIA stainless steel pots from Groupon in December 2013.At the start of 2015, just a year later, the largest pot developed a crack in the stainless resulting in me not able to use the pot .On several occasions I requested the details of the manufacturer/distributor in SA in order for me to discuss the defect with them. Groupon however insisted that the pots were only covered by a six month guarantee and that they did not, as a matter of policy, provide customers with the details of manufacturers or suppliers. They did not provide any other assistance or suggestion as to how to resolve the issue but simply stuck to their policy.<br> My concern is that I expect a stainless steel pot to last for a long time not just one year
