False Promises

I ordered items on Groupon on 15th December which had a 48 hour delivery promise. <br> By the Friday, 18th December 2015, I had still not received the items. I called Groupon on the Monday (21st December) and spoke to Neil who promised I would have delivery by no later than Wednesday 23 December 2015. <br> Needless to say that date arrived and still no delivery. I have spoken to Luthando,, Rizqah, Bronwyn - all promising that I will receive delivery - I even have an email confirmation that I would have delivery by 2 Jan 2016. Once again this was a false promise.<br> <br> You get a complete run around by everyone you speak to, despite assurances that delivery will happen. <br> <br> Groupon must be one of the worst service delivery companies in South Africa. I am at my wits end!
