FALSE INFORMATION AND ADVERTISING

My son booked, through Groupon, a two night stay at Elephant Leisure Resort. He checked the availability of the units first. And he made very sure that the deal was valid with no exceptions. After he booked and paid, he was advised that the unit was not available. We double checked availability on the website and then phoned Elephant Leisure. They then advised that they do not accept Groupon bookings during the school holidays. NOWHERE on the Groupon ad is this specified. <br> <br> My son is a medical student with 2 weeks leave the whole year. He paid for this out of his own money to spoil his father who completed 20 years service. <br> <br> It is dishonest, ********* and callous to allow this sort of thing to happen. My son supports Groupon on a regular basis.
