False advertising! Worst service effer

<p>I ordered two products from Groupon on the 15th August, on the delivery date is said delivery will take place in 11 working days. Today 31st August I Phone customer service to find out that there are no tracking number or anything for my order. Later today I get a email for the agent that assisted me saying that my parcel will be delivered within the next 7 - 10 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHY advertise a delivery time of 11 working days if it's going to take almost 20 DAYS for a delivery. </p>
