I placed an order on Groupon for a Mini Sewing Machine on 18 December. The advert claims, \This product will be delivered within 24-48 hours to Johannesburg and Pretoria . Delivery to Cape Town and Durban will be within 96 hours. Not applicable to outlying areas."<br> <br> It has been more than 96 hours for Cape Town delivery"
