False Advertising- Failure to Refund Money

I purchased 3 accommodation vouchers from Groupon to the total value of R6497 for Flora Bay Resort in Hout Bay from the 4 October till the 11 October for two adults and 2 children.Upon my arrival at Flora Bay Resort- Hout Bay on the 4 October it was shocking to find the main bed situated in the \open plan"lounge and bedroom. The Bed was terribly sunken in and no way were my family sleeping on a bed with such poor quality.I then discovered there was only a hand held shower in a bath tub and no Shower.I chatted to a Mitch about such unsatisfactory quality of accommodation Mitch advised that he could not move us to a unit with a shower as they were fully booked.
