False Advertising

on the 11th of December 2015 i purchased something from groupon, the ad stated that if ordered on or before the 11th of December, i would get my order before Christmas. its a month later and still no delivery. i have emailed them and they dont respond. i called the call centre and i am forever on hold. i have never had this problem before but this will be the last time i use groupon. i get better service from the likes of ebay and aliexpress.
