False advertising

I have ordered the 2 Y-Pads on Groupon on the 15/12/2015 for Christmas presents. Which stated 48 hours delivery. I still haven't received this parcel as yet and today is the 24/12/2015. I have sent numerous emails with no reply or a call from Groupon stating where my parcel is. Now I have to go buy other presents, which is resulting into costing me double now. <br> <br> I would like to be refunded my money as this was just pathetic and unacceptable customer service.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Jody Bergstedt<br> *** /***
