false advertising

hi there i have a complain regarding a sparkle soda starter kit i purchased from groupon on line as the advert had it was suppose to have 15 flavours included in the kit which i never received . the price on the item was R199 ,00 for everything included and makro had the same thing cheaper but the difference was it diidnt come with the flavour which i could have bought it from them thinking it was a better buy with groupon cos u receiving the flavour as well , i log a complain an ,waiting feed back and was told within 48 hrs they will get back to me but this has not been done as yet i would like to know how can u advertise for something and delivery something else groupon needs to go back and check there advert online cos they are lying to the customers, very very upset and disappointed with what i received .
