False Adevertising

<p>usually when i bought stuff on groupon we had excellent services....</p> <p> </p> <p>In march i bought two spa vouchers to be used at French clinic in bedfordview .</p> <p> </p> <p>it sucked so bad i sent an email on the 11th asking them when i can make a booking for my voucher as phoning them never helped as there was never any answer </p> <p>they rep**** they could only help us on the 23rd of July as they were fully booked .</p> <p> </p> <p>as per the advert its 60min massage 60min facial indian headmassage and 15min reflexology</p> <p> </p> <p>great we thought when my moms got their they could not decide which facial they wanted as stated on the voucher the facial was only 45min and not even 60min</p> <p> </p> <p>the massage was also just 45min and not 60min when pointed out to them they said that groupon was at fault ????????</p> <p> </p> <p>they never even got a indian headmassage or reflexology which was paid for.</p> <p>I have the voucher that was ordered online and states what was supposed to be given i feel very dissapointed and do not know if i would ever by a package deal on groupon again.</p> <p> </p> <p>one very dissapointed customer </p>
