Falls advertising

I have purchased a voucher for a course at Groupon for Igrow Academy,but when I logged onto the system it was not the course for the voucher I purchased.Logged a complaint with Igrow Academy and they say they cannot give me a refund cause I have used the voucher,which I did not do.Logged a complaint with Groupon for a refund ,they forward the complaint to Igrow Academy. This complaint has been going on since September.
