Failing to deliver

I have placed my order on 06.07.2015 with Groupon. Until today, my order has not been delivered. I have been sending email and calling trying to trace my order. Only on Thursday a person by the name of Noby promised to deliver on 03.08.2015. But no delivery came through. I again sent a follow up email but I did not get any response till to now. I am very dissappointed of Groupon. How can one wait for a month to recieve item bought? <br> <br> They don't bother calling to update and hardly pick up their phones. I warn people to be careful of Groupon because they are really taking customers for a ride. Their service is disgusting.
