Factory Faulted Milex Blender

I purchased a Milex rocket blender from Groupon and used it twice. I followed exact user instructions. Rubber section under blades that is turned by motor has been rotated off and now too short to enable blade to turn. On investigation it turns out these are factory faulted Milex blenders known for this problem. I would like it replaced with a new correct one.
