Extremely poor pathetic service

I ordered and paid for a Telefunken tablet as a gift for my son birthday. To my dismay, my order came back as payment unsuccessful. After numerous calls and promised feedback nobody came back to me, the email I sent to support @groupon was never responded to.and emails which was never rep**** to<br> I cant believe it, sent proof of payment, then told they will refund monies to my account which will take 15 days.<br> Pathetic poor service. A company which I believe is ********* and should be considered ********** company.
