Exploiting people

i don't understand why groupon has an eft payment option if it is not effective, also i don't understand why they sell more than they have in stock.<br> <br> Not once i bought something on groupon and i did not get it because they ran out of stock and it took 5 days for my EFT payment to reflect. now on 80% cookware i buy pots, five days later i am told i cannot get them because i used a wrong reference no...immediately after making payment i forwarded them proof and called to make sure they have received it. not once but twice i called and now on day 5 i call to find out whats what n i am told sorry we will have to send yu your money back because you used the wrong reference no!!<br> <br> Why groupon has EFT payment option if they cant manage them, why was i not told on day one that my reference was wrong. why did no one in the entire 5 days contact me with regards to the wrong reference.<br> <br> and their representatives just loose their temper on the phone and tell me they have processes to follow...what processes!!!...i have one word for them Useless!!!!<br> <br> for reference ticket no: ***1
