Expired and unused vouchers

I purchased vouchers and did not use them. On the 8th of September, I sent an email and have had no response regarding my credits. I am aware that my money will not be refunded, however I am happy to receive credits. However no one has attended to my request. They just have automated emails requesting feedback on their service and still no response after I rated their service as bad or non existent.<br> <br> Charlene Narsoo
