Excellent Service

I bought a Groupon Voucher for two night stay at Shikwari Lodge in Hoedspruit. However, there were problems with the establishment and I could not get my confirmation in time. I contacted Groupon for a resolution of this matter and without any delays Jehaan Manan from Groupon responded by informing me that they have cancelled the voucher and will be refunding my money. The refund was in my bank within 24 hours even though the email indicated that this could take 7-10 days. Now that is what I call excellent service in my book.
