Hi,<br> <br> I would like to commend Astrid from groupon who was highly efficient in helping me get my refund back after such a long process of having tried to cancel my order with the merchant. She dealt with my enquiry with such professionalism and I finally got what was due to me within few days after having had communicated with her, although she was not the orginal person who was allocated to deal with my query. I truly appreciate her good service and the fact that she was prompt with providing me with feedback
