Empty promises and blatant dishonesty

I placed an order on 02 December but had to cancel that same day.the cancellation process was quick but im still waiting on my refund. I called and one lady promised to have it sorted out. She sent me an email to confirm yet to no avail. I called again when I guy took my call to confirm the cancellation and have the matter escalated to the refunds department.Of course, im still waiting.I called again when another guy helped who once again escalated the matter and he said once processed the refund will take 24hrs..guess what, im still waiting!! I sent another email that reached their branch that deal with USA &Europian orders. Instead of trying to assist they merely refer me back to the South African branch. I want my money, Groupon.
