Empty Promises

I have had to resort to Hello Peter because firstly the purchase I made on Groupon has failed to arrive 17 WORKING DAYS later and secondly I have been calling the customer care of Groupon on several occasions to ONLY get through to a recorded message which says the following: Welcome to Groupon customer services. Please note that for quality and security reasons all calls are recorded. Please note that delivery of a product takes up to 14 working days from the time your order confirmation has been received. I have waited up to 10 minutes if not more for my call to be attended to. This is the most pathetic customer service I have ever received. The time frame to receive my product has exceeded the 14 days and I CANNOT get hold of anybody to inform me of what is happening with my purchase. I have paid for it!!! I will NEVER use Groupon again. This in my opinion is false advertising and an empty promise. Having had one previous bad experience with Groupon I have decided.....That's it!!! This is the last time I will ever use Groupon.
