earing and poor service

My boyfriend bought me a pair of earings for my birthday through Groupon. When I opened it you could clearly see that it was not matching earings at all. When he complained they told him that he needs to pay for them to come and collect it!! Plus then they simply did not show up. After phoning them again and complaining they came but couldn't find the parcel... why didn't they phone him to tell him someone is coming. Now they are ignoring him. And we have to go through this entire story again for him to phone. This is seriously annoying!!
