DVD BOUGHT NEVER RECEIVED & NO REFUND FRM GROUPON

i ordered and paid for a dvd player on the 20th of November 2015 (5 weeks ago) for an amount of R399 *** and to date i have not received the dvd, i have been contacting groupon and requested my refund for the past two weeks, spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Albert on the 10/12/2015 and he assured me once a mail with my banking details was sent it would take approximately 5 working days for the money to be in my account, today its the 10th WORKING day and no money and worse since early last week the groupon customer SERVICE number *** is not going through , i have dealt with groupon before but this service is appalling, after numerous emails no one has even bothered to get back to me.
