dont wanna refund money

I bought groupon vouchers for the big wheel in the waterfront & for bugz playpark. I COULDNT USE THE VOUCHERs by the time indicated as I went for emergency procedures. Called the call centre and explain my situation why I couldn't use the voucher and they advised they cant refund me. They will not be crediting my account. i have never felt this about a company before but i will never buy from them again. I just want my money back asap
