Dont buy from Groupon over Christmas period

I bought a voucher but cant use it cause I never got an email. Ive also bought an item on black friday that has free delivery and only now I found out it takes 14 working days. It is impossible to get hold of anyone. Their phones never reach an agent and no one replies to my mail. I need to change the adress of delivery. Whats going on? Am I ever going to get my parcel? Prob not.
