Don't care they delivered to wrong person

I ordered a sewing machine special off groupon. They delivered it through courier it . I enquired when I'm getting the delivery and I got told it had been delivered which it had but not to me or any other authorized recipient.<br> <br> I have tried to sort this out and have had no joy. They don't follow up , they won't refund me, nothing.<br> Then they say they will try track my parcel down and get it to me. So I must then get a used product.<br> <br> I am appalled at how this has been handled. <br> Needless to say, I an fuming.
