Does not respond to clients

I purchased a Photoshoot gift for a friend in March through Groupon. The company is LifeJar & apparently Bronwen is the contact person.<br> <br> We have made numerous attempts to make an appointment for the shoot, sent emails, calls, sms but no one answers or responds to any messages. The voucher is now about to expire. <br> <br> I am very unhappy with the service I have received from this photoshoot studio & Groupon should screen the suppliers they deal with, as I will no longer be purchasing from them.<br> <br> Very unhappy<br> Monyean
