does not bother to respond to queries

I have sent a query via email and from their website re the wording of a groupon that I bought. The groupon advertises that the company does bora pest control but when I contacted the company they advised that bora was not included in the groupon. He also advised me that he had tried to get groupon to change the wording but they had not done so.This should have been specified on the groupon and the advert is misleading by including this information in the groupon. Groupon has not bothered to respond to either of my queries.
