DO NOT BUY No!No! Hair Removal!!!

I bough a No!No! from Groupon and is not satisfied with the product. Now the company that manufactured the product is passing the bucked!<br> <br> The company(No!No!) rep**** and stated the following:<br> <br> Please note that we do not use the same return policy as Groupon as they purchase the products from us and then resells them, the purchase was made under their terms and conditions and not ours. Thus we will not be able to assist you with a refund. To give you an example, should you purchase an LG fridge from Game or Makro, LG Head office would not be able to assist you with a refund and the policies of the store/outlet you purchased from would apply.<br> <br> My response:<br> Do you know what is sad? The the manufacture of the product (No!No!) is shifting the problem to Groupon that only sells the product. I read the reviews on hello Pieter and like the costumer sated: AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON RETURNING ITEM IS NOT AS GOOD AS MAKING THE SALE. <br> <br> I just wish that I read the complaints before I bought the product.<br> <br> DO NOT BUY NO!NO! It does NOT work!
