Dishonesty

Received email confirmation that my order has been placed on 1 December,and that delivery will occur in 10 days.I called again and again as follow up but Agent was rude on customer service, only helped by another agent who promised delivery 2 days later,call done on 15 December. Only on the 18th to get email that delivery cancelled, no stock,18 days later.This is unfair
