DISGUSTING SERVICE

I ordered and item on the 28th NOVEMBER and was promised delivery in 10 business days.. it has now been 15 Business days and no contact from Groupon. This is my first time buying from them and I will NEVER do it again. ****ING RIDICULOUS!!!<br> I send them email after email to get a automated response from there stupid robotic agents!!!<br> <br> WHERE IS MY ITEM!!<br> <br> I will NEVER purchase from Groupon again. I NEVER HAD this problem with Takealot, always next day or 2 day delivery
