Disappointed with Groupons' response to a complaint!

<p>I am very disappointed with Groupon and how they handle complaints. I bought a Groupon voucher for R189 for a 1 tier birthday cake from Cookie Cooks who delivered a cake to my house and made me pay an additional R60 for delivery. The brithday that was as hard as a rock and couldnt be eating. I tried to call Cookie Cooks and they never got back to me and Groupon Support only sent me an email saying that they will forward my complain to relevant despartment and advised that I should contact Cookie Cooks. I was hoping for a refund or at least another a replacement cake instead of such a neutral response which doesnt change my experience. I am very disappointed with the fact that nobody takes accountability for the customers experience. Groupon function like a bulletin board instead of a reputable company. This was my first experience and last. I will not support such companies where no one can be held accountable.</p>
