delivery time frame

I spoke to Yusuf today advising him that I am unable to wait 14 days as its the twins Birthday and I need to kids Tomcat boy and girl tablet and he then suggest a refund because it can only be delivered in 14 days then I escalated and spoke Seraj (Team Leader) and he asked when is the kids birthday and i advised him i need the tablets by the 8th April 2015 he then advises he will speed up the processes and drop me a email advising what could be done as discussed , well a hour later and no email, i called back, spoke to seraj then he advised after he spoke to me he told Yusuf to mail me which was not done, why did he shift the responsibility because he promised me a email, not Yusuf and he then says unfortunately(word choice was not good at all and i hate that word) he cannot guarantee my delivery. i had to call twice to find out that he <br> realized there is public holidays. i would like to escalate this matter to the Operational Manager, i have not had faith to order on groupon for a while and i already feel a disappointment coming on again with another birthday gift ordered. I want a delivery ASAP!!! NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT ALL AND PHONING TWICE...<br>
