Delivery never arrived

We ordered through Groupon and received notification that delivery will occur on the 28th, via Dawn Wing. We called Dawn Wing and informed them that the address read incorrectly as they put the Unit number in front of the Street. My wife spoke to lady on the phone who said she will fix it. No reference numbers was provided as they stated everything is recorded on your tracking number.<br> <br> Today when we logged in, we saw that it stated package was delivered. We called as we still have not received anything. We where told there has to be an investigation first, which we understand, however, once again we have no reference number or formal communication of lodging a compliant.<br> <br> We drove to the incorrect address, which does not exist. The driver had our numbers, but made not attempt to contact us.<br> <br> This is bad service
